Physical and Chemical Properties | Pale yellow powder. There are three bioactive components A1, A2 and A3, with strong reducibility. When the pH value is 7.0, the suspension can be stabilized at 100 ℃ for 10min, and the decomposition of light, heat and oxygen is accelerated. No melting point, heated to above 160 ℃ for decomposition; specific rotation [α]25D 21 ° (pyridine), 12 ° (dimethylformamide), -7 ° (methanol solution of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid) and -10 ° (glacial acetic acid); the maximum absorption wavelengths of this product in ethanol are 290nm, 307nm and 322nm. Solubility at room temperature: water 4 mg/ml, methanol 11.2 mg/ml, ethanol 1.2 mg/ml, ethylene glycol 8.75 mg/m |, carbon tetrachloride 1.23 mg/ml, chloroform 0.48 mg/ml, benzene 0.28 mg/ml. LD50 (mouse, abdominal cavity) about 200mg/kg. |
Use | biochemical research, high purity cell culture antiseptic, has anti-mold effect. |
production method | The Culture solution of Streptomyces noursei strain was filtered and dried in vacuum at 50-60 ℃, and extracted with methanol, in addition to the solvent and dried. |
